About the club
Blue Ridge Ski and Outing Club is a volunteer-led organization that coordinates outdoor, travel, social, and member activities. Published schedules and details may change because of weather, safety, availability, or organizer decisions.
Membership eligibility and household roles
Individual Membership is for one adult age 18 or older. Family Membership is for people residing in the same physical household. It includes a required adult Primary Household Member, may include an optional adult Secondary Household Member, and may include any number of Household Members.
Account responsibility
Members are responsible for protecting their activation codes, passwords, and remembered devices. A Primary or Secondary Household Member is responsible for household-profile changes and for any restricted Household Member account they choose to authorize.
Trip and event participation
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Participants must evaluate their own health, ability, equipment, and conditions; follow organizer and safety instructions; provide accurate emergency information; and complete any required waivers or payments.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, disrupt club services, upload unlawful or harmful material, harass others, or publish another person's private information or location without permission.
Member content and location sharing
Members remain responsible for content they submit. Photos, messages, location, and other community content may be moderated or removed under club rules. Optional location sharing must be voluntary and revocable.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Membership and activity payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms shown for the specific transaction or activity. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms.
Service availability
The club may change, suspend, or discontinue website features and may restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance, policy enforcement, or club operations.
